Mr Daniele Salvagno, the owner of the company Redoro Frantoi, is the new chairman of the Consortium of extra virgin olive oil DOP Veneto. The consortium includes a wide growing territory: from the Valpolicella, near Verona, to Euganean and Berici Hills, untill the Mout Grappa. 75% of production is collected in Verona, while 25% is collected on about 1,100 hectares distributed in the remaining area Veneto DOP.
